Enteos, a leading Italian developer of mobile phone technologies and mobile phones manufacturer, selected the company's VeriCall Edge VoIP software platform to provide the voice-over-WiFi (VoWiFi) calling capabilities in its next generation dual-mode handset.

Enteos is developing its dual-mode phone to address consumer demand for increased flexibility in the way they communicate with friends, family and colleagues. The Enteos dual-mode phone will allow users to make GSM calls over cellular networks and VoIP calls over WiFi networks from a single device. Dual-mode technology enables users to communicate how they want and when they want in the location they choose.
