Guernsey, 18 March 2010 - The Board of Directors of Volta Finance Limited (the "Company") decided at its last meeting to pay a dividend of €0.13 per share for the semi-annual period ended 31 January 2010, amounting to €3.9 million. This level is in line with the objective of the Board of Directors to pay, to the extent possible and reasonable, a dividend in the range of an annual rate of 10% of the Company's end of period net assets excluding cash
The dividend will be paid the 6th of April 2010.
The Semi-Annual Report and Accounts of the Company for the period ended 31 January 2010 will be published by the end of March.
