- Antonov's TX-6 automatic transmission has been assembled successfully on the pre-production level. This transmission is now undergoing rigorous functional and performance testing on the transmission test rig at the Warwick technical headquarters and has successfully achieved maximum input speed in each gear without any unexpected increases in temperature or drag losses. · The assembly of a total number of 10 transmissions, which are planned at this stage of the project, is in progress. Several of these transmissions will be installed in VW Golf vehicles over the coming weeks and will be used for in-vehicle transmission calibration. 
· A number of these vehicles will be used for performance evaluation by potential customers / OEM's in both the UK and China, targeted at commercial progress. 
· A total of 5 vehicles will be installed with these TX-6 transmissions, with each undergoing extensive durability testing and drivability assessment prior to the final C-sample production design. 
· Chinese suppliers have now been identified for all components that will be sourced in China. 
· Work also has started on the installation of the TX-6 transmission into the Lifan 620 vehicle as part of the previously announced project. Lifan has been granted in the underlying agreement a preferred quantum of the available production capacity at SOP (start of production).
