Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - March 1, 2024) - EV Minerals Corporation (CSE: EVM) (FSE: RLC) (the "Company" or "EV Minerals") is pleased to announce that, further to its press releases of February 23, 2024 and February 29, 2024, the Company has acquired (the "Acquisition") the Baldwin and Lunge Projects (the "Sudbury Projects"). The Acquisition was carried out pursuant to a purchase agreement (the "Agreement") with Graycliff Exploration Limited (the "Vendor").

As partial consideration for the Sudbury Projects, the Company issued the Vendor an aggregate of 2,000,000 common shares (the "Common Shares") in the capital of the Company, at a deemed issuance price of $0.05 per Common Share.
