Homburg Invest Inc. ("Homburg Invest") h ereby announces that it will postpone
the publication of the offering memorandum regarding its offer (the "Offer") on
the ordinary shares of DIM Vastgoed N.V. (" DIM").

On September 21, 2005 a request for postponing the date of publication of the
offering memorandum was filed at the Authority Financial Markets (" AFM").

At September 30 AFM granted Homburg Invest the requested extension, based on the fact that Homburg Invest has not yet been granted a license as meant in the Wtb.
Homburg Invest is required to publish its Offering Memorandum no later than
October 27, 2005 (unless extended), should it wish to proceed with its intended
Offer on DIM.

This is an announcement as meant in article 9b(1) of the Dutch Securities Market Supervision Decree (Besluit to ezicht effectenverkeer 1995).
