MediVision Announces Sales to Key Customers in US, UK and Israel

MediVision Medical Imaging Ltd. (the "Company", “MediVision”) (EURO.NM: MEDV) a leading provider of ophthalmic digital imaging systems for the ophthalmology market, announced today that its US subsidiary has signed a major contract with a key customer in the US and that it has completed recently the supply and installation of comprehensive digital solutions in a number of key sites in the UK and in Israel.

The American Subsidiary of MediVision, Ophthalmic Imaging Systems (“OIS”), signed a $550,000 contract with Henry Ford Health System to upgrade the ophthalmology department in 15 locations to fully integrated digital systems. Completion of the project is planned for the first half of 2006. It will include the conversion of the film-based ophthalmic photography systems to digital imaging systems and the installation of a departmental interface allowing automated import of images, maps, reports and other data objects from a variety of existing and future ophthalmic diagnostic equipment to a single Information platform.

In addition, MediVision announced today that together with its UK distributor, Spectrum Ophthalmics, they have recently completed the installation of a comprehensive digital imaging and image management solutions, based on its WinStation line, in the ophthalmology department at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital in the UK. This installation is of strategic importance to MediVision since it is the first large WinStation installation in the UK. This installation has already attracted considerable interest from other key medical centers in this market.

The Company also completed the installation at two major medical centers of Clalit Health Services in Israel, which were sold in December 2005 and January 2006 for a total amount of $130,000. The installations include retinal imaging systems, review stations and integration to the patient information system in the Ophthalmology Departments of Ha’emek Medical Center in Afula and Kaplan Medical center in Rehovot.
