MCG Software to Sell Citadon CW in Scandinavia

SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 02/21/2006 -- Citadon, the leader in integrated Web-based collaboration, document management and business process management solutions, and MCG Software A/S (MCG), a Copenhagen, Denmark-based provider of software and service solutions to large and mid-sized companies, have signed a new sales agreement that will enable MCG to sell Citadon's Web collaboration technology throughout Scandinavia.

Citadon CW® (Collaboration Workspaces) delivers full-strength document management, business process management and collaboration capabilities for complex, large-scale, enterprise-wide projects that involve multiple teams from within and outside of an organization.

MCG will market and sell Citadon CW in Denmark, Finland, Sweden, and Norway. This new relationship with MCG will help Citadon reach new European customers who can take advantage of its award-winning online collaboration services.
