GENEVA, SWITZERLAND -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 05/04/2006 -- Bombardier today named OMNI Aviacao, the pioneering aircraft charter and services company based in Cascais, Portugal, as the exclusive sales representative for Bombardier Learjet aircraft in France and Portugal.

Under the agreement, OMNI is responsible for marketing and sales activities in France and Portugal for the legendary Learjet aircraft line, currently featuring the Learjet 40 XR, Learjet 45 XR and Learjet 60 XR jets. OMNI will work closely with the Bombardier business aircraft's sales team, headed by Bob Horner, vice-president, sales, Europe, Africa and Middle East.
