HR services for 5,100 employees of the Delta Lloyd Group transferred to ARINSO HR Service Center
Rotterdam, Brussels, December 20, 2006
ARINSO International (Euronext Brussels: ARIN), a leading provider of HR Technology Consulting & Outsourcing Services, announced today that it has entered into an agreement with the Delta Lloyd Group regarding the outsourcing of HR services. This agreement brings ARINSO the responsibility for a large number of HR and administrative processes of the Delta Lloyd Group. The contract is worth 7,5 million euro and spans a period of 5 years.

The services provided comprise the full scope of HR processes, including HR administration and payroll processes for the entire Delta Lloyd Group in the Netherlands. As a result, 13 employees of the Delta Lloyd Group will be enrolled by ARINSO. All services will be provided out of ARINSO's state of the art service center in Utrecht.

"We are delighted about our collaboration with ARINSO," said Ben Sinnige, HR Director of the Delta Lloyd Group. Collaborating with a skilful and experienced HR service provider allows us to improve our operational efficiency, to increase the quality level of our HR services, and to focus on our core activities. Increasingly, we make a leap forward since ARINSO uses cutting-edge technology like SAP HR, electronic personnel files, workflow applications, and so on." For Delta Lloyd, the main reasons to opt for ARINSO as their HR partner were the provider's vision, their high level of quality, their value for money offering, and the very short transition period they could offer.

"We truly understand our role as an HR service provider and we apply a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) vision onto typical HR processes," said Peter Bouten, Managing Director of ARINSO Netherlands. "Also, we presented a clear and transparent cost overview to Delta Lloyd, which proved to be predictable and minimized financial surprises."

ARINSO's capability of demonstrating a live BPO-environment and its ability to install a fully integrated technology environment based on SAP HR in 4 months time facilitated Delta Lloyd's decision making process. Rob van Bavel, Program Director at ARINSO said: "Thanks to our experience with comparable projects in the Netherlands, we are capable of rapidly providing our customer insight in the implications of HR outsourcing. This experience, along with our proven SAP HR experience and our unique migration approach enables us to onboard customers in 4 months, as far as processes, technology and staff are concerned. Immediately after the migration, we will kick off the implementation of Employee and Management Self Service scenario's, targeting mid 2007 as a go-live date. All this will bring further efficiency improvement to Delta Lloyd."

Delta Lloyd didn't take chances when selecting a partner for HR outsourcing. The company has sent out a Request for Information in March 2006 to over 10 providers, requesting company information and reference cases. Based on this information, four service providers were asked to answer to a Request for Proposal. The definitive choice for ARINSO was made in August 2006.
