Wall Street herstelde gisteren na de cijfers op China en wist de dag redelijk goed uit te gaan. De Dow +4 op 12.808 en de Nasdaq -5 op 2.505. Merill Lynch kwam met $2,16 miljard winst 1e kw. en dat ruim 4 maal zoveel als vergelijkend kwartaal 2006.
Dat gaf de belegger moed. Ook Schering-Plough deed het goed. BOA 1e kw. een nettowinst van $5,26 miljard +5,4% en wij schreven het al eerder, de banken waren ca. 1 jaar geleden goedkoop en gaven goede rendementen en de cijfers tonen aan, dat een belegging in die sector goed zit.
