Grondstofaandelen hoger door aantrekkende economie en hulp aan Griekenland zet de indices in de Oostmarkt hoger, maar of de Grieken met die hulp veel opschieten, daar hebben wij zo onze twijfels over en tijdelijke oplossing in onze ogen. De mentaliteit zal moeten veranderen en dan vraag je wat.
En met die gedachten zetten de indices in de Oostmarkt de week hoger in.

April 26 (Bloomberg) -- Bank of Ireland Plc, the country’s biggest lender by market value, will try to raise as much as 3.4 billion euros ($4.5 billion euros) to fill a capital shortage as bad real-estate debts surge. The bank will place 500 million euros in shares with institutional investors and sell 1.9 billion euros more in stock, the Dublin-based lender said in a Regulatory News Service statement today. The lender also plans to convert some of the government’s preference shares into equity, raising 1.04 billion euros. The state will retain a maximum stake of 36 percent.

April 26 (Bloomberg) -- German Chancellor Angela Merkel said she won’t release Greek rescue funds until the country shows it’s got a “sustainable, credible” plan to cut its budget deficit and a final decision may be in a “few days.” Greek bonds plunged today, sending yields to the highest since 1998, amid concern Germany is delaying approval of a $60 billion rescue plan that would be co-financed by the euro region and the International Monetary Fund. The extra yield that investors demand to hold Greek 10-year debt over German bunds rose 76 basis points to 635 basis points.
