In het (aanvangs) rapport faillissement Innoconcepts d.d. 24/2/2011 staat o.a. dit:
De werkwijze van de leden van de Trojka wordt treffend verwoord door een van hen in 't email d.d. 26 aug. 2007 aan beide andere personen:
"Onomkeerbaar feit is dat we in 8 jaar inmiddels meer dan(ik ben gestopt met tellen) EUR 100 miljoen verbrand hebben zonder enig noemenswaardig resultaat en zonder enige structurele inkomsten". "Onze hele business, managementstijl en focus is naar haar aard ongeschikt voor een stabiele onderneming en dus zeker ongeschikt voor een beursfonds".
"Als ik stop met het te woord staat van onze beleggers, banken en accountants raken ze acuut in paniek en stort alles in. Als ik ze echter maar een glimp van de waarheid vertel, gebeurt hetzelfde. Het enige wat dus kan, is ze te woord staan met leugens en onzin". Etc. etc.
Het heeft nog tot 23 december 2010 geduurd, voordat Innoconcepts in staat van faillissement werd verklaard.
Kruisverbanden met eigen B.V.'s of ondernemingen waren aan de orde en I.Pac betaalde zo af en toe de rekeningen. Afboekingen en interne faillissementen waren er ook en patenten waren van de eigenaar en 1 B.V., niet van I.Pac.

Hier zou een onderzoek moeten komen naar de rollen van "het Trojka" en de toezichthoudende Accountant van Innoconcepts. Welk Toezicht is er eigenlijk voor de BELEGGERS in NEDERLAND ??

The Bloomberg Consumer Comfort Index, formerly the ABC News U.S. Weekly Consumer Comfort Index, was minus 39.2 in the period to Feb. 20, compared with minus 43.4 the prior week, a report today showed. Forty-nine percent of those polled held positive views on their financial situation, the most in a year.

Reuters) - Warburg Pincus LLC and Vestar Capital Partners will buy a controlling interest in container leasing company Triton Container International Ltd from the Pritzker family, one of America's wealthiest families, the private equity firms said on Thursday. The terms of the deal were not disclosed, but a source familiar with the matter said Warburg and Vestar had agreed to pay about $1 billion for Triton. Including debt, the deal has an enterprise value of about $3.5 billion, the source said. Triton's current management team will continue to lead the business and will hold equity in the company. Chicago's Pritzker family will also retain an equity stake in Triton. The transaction is the latest in a series of asset sales by the Pritzkers following a 2001 settlement agreement, under which 11 heirs set a plan to break up the family fortune. The private equity firms are buying Triton at a time of growing confidence in the global container shipping market, which has recovered from a disastrous 2009 amid the global financial crisis.

Amsterdam, 25 februari 2011 - Ahold maakt vandaag bekend dat het op 4 maart 2010 aangekondigde programma voor de terugkoop van aandelen ter waarde van € 500 miljoen is afgerond. Het totale aantal in het kader van het programma teruggekochte aandelen bedroeg 50.359.330 gewone aandelen voor een gemiddelde prijs van € 9,929. Het programma werd gisteren voltooid met de terugkoop van 892,619 gewone aandelen voor in totaal € 8.8 miljoen in de laatste terugkoopperiode, die liep van 21 tot en met 24 februari 2011.Dertig miljoen van het totale aantal teruggekochte aandelen zullen worden ingetrokken overeenkomstig de besluiten die zijn genomen op de Algemene Vergadering van Aandeelhouders van Ahold in 2010. De resterende 20.359.330 miljoen teruggekochte aandelen zullen door Ahold als eigen aandelen worden aangehouden en worden gebruikt ten bate van toekomstige personeelsvergoedingen in aandelen.

Bayer proposes dividend increase to EUR 1.50 per share for 2010
Leverkusen, February 24, 2011 - At its meeting today the Supervisory Board of Bayer AG accepted the proposal of the Board of Management to recommend to the Annual Stockholders' Meeting on April 29, 2011 that a dividend of EUR 1.50 per share be paid for 2010 (2009: EUR 1.40). "We want our stockholders to appropriately benefit from the Bayer Group's improved operating performance last year. The higher dividend also signals that we are optimistic for the future," said Dr. Marijn Dekkers, Chairman of the Board of Management. With 826,947,808 shares entitled to the dividend, the total dividend payment would amount to EUR 1,240 million (2009: EUR 1,158 million). Gross domestic product fell 0.6 percent from the previous three months, compared with an initial estimate for a 0.5 percent drop, the Office for National Statistics said today in London. The statistics office said its “best estimate” for the impact of cold weather on the data remains 0.5 percent. The slump was led by construction and investment. The coldest December in a century hampered the recovery, dragging the economy to its worst performance in more than a year. The Bank of England kept its key interest rate on hold this month as inflation at twice the 2 percent target led to a four-way split among officials. Recent surveys suggest the contraction may have been a temporary setback, with services resuming growth in January and manufacturing strengthening.

DUBAI (AFN) - Saudi-Arabië heeft de olieproductie opgeschroefd naar negen miljoen vaten per dag vanwege de onrust in de Arabische wereld. Dat zei een bron rond de Saudische olieindustrie vrijdag tegenover persbureau Reuters.
De olieproductie in Libië ondervindt hinder vanwege de onlusten in het Noord-Afrikaanse land. Sommige buitenlandse oliebedrijven hebben de productie deels of geheel opgeschort. Zo heeft de Italiaanse oliemaatschappij Eni, de grootste buitenlandse olieproducent in Libië, ruim de helft van haar olie- en gasactiviteiten stopgezet. Eni produceert 280.000 vaten olie per dag in Libië, maar op dit moment is de productie teruggeschroefd tot 120.000 vaten per dag. Het Duitse oliebedrijf Wintershall en het Spaanse Repsol hebben de olieproductie in Libië ook stopgezet. De Franse oliegigant Total heeft de activiteiten in het Noord-Afrikaanse land deels opgeschort.

Interoute koopt ongebruikt Duits glasvezel KPN
Aanbieder van glasvezeldiensten Interoute neemt het Duitse darkfibernetwerk van KPN over. Het ongebruikte glasvezelnet beslaat 3600 kilometer langs grote steden zoals Berlijn, München, Hamburg en Keulen. Door de aankoop verdubbelt Interoute zijn netwerk in Duitsland. KPN huurt vier of vijf van de 96 overgenomen glasvezelparen terug voor zijn Duitse klanten. In 2010 verkocht het telecombedrijf al een deel van zijn darkfiber.
