Reuters) - Australia's Charter Hall Office REIT (CQO.AX), which defeated a management takeover bid from U.S. hedge funds last month, has received a A$1.06 billion ($1.12 billion) bid approach for its Australian portfolio by a consortium led by Macquarie (MQG.AX).The consortium was considering an offer of A$2.39 per trust unit, which would give unit-holders a total of A$3.52 after adding the proceeds from the recently announced sale of Charter Hall Office's U.S. assets, the target company said on Monday.Units of Charter Hall Office jumped 15 percent in early trade to A$3.33 each, though lower than its net tangible asset value of A$3.76 per unit as of June 2011.

Ahold update terugkoop aandelen
Amsterdam, 29 augustus 2011 - Ahold heeft in de periode van 22 tot en met 26 augustus 2.490.000 van haar gewone aandelen teruggekocht. De aandelen werden teruggekocht voor een gemiddelde prijs van € 7,8200 per aandeel voor een totaalbedrag van € 19,47 miljoen, in het kader van het programma voor de terugkoop van € 1 miljard aan aandelen dat Ahold op 3 maart 2011 bekendmaakte.
Tot op heden zijn in totaal 38.330.228 gewone aandelen teruggekocht voor een totaalbedrag van € 350,41 miljoen.

KPN
In het kader van het aandeleninkoopprogramma zoals aangekondigd op 26 januari 2011, maakt KPN bekend dat gedurende 22 augustus tot en met 26 augustus 2011 2.535.000 aandelen KPN zijn ingekocht tegen een gemiddelde prijs van EUR 9,41. Hiermee is ca. 86% van het inkoopprogramma afgewikkeld. Het aandeleninkoopprogramma is gestart op 21 februari 2011 en zal naar verwachting rond 1 oktober 2011 afgerond zijn. KPN heeft de intrekking van 50.725.125 aandelen afgerond. Deze waren ingekocht als onderdeel van het EUR 1,0 miljard inkoopprogramma van 2011. Het aantal uitstaande aandelen, na de intrekking, bedraagt 1.477.526.284.
Interactieve TV Online: overal in en om het huis iTV kijken
Per 15 september breidt KPN zijn Interactieve TV dienst voor alle klanten uit met nieuwe functies onder de noemer Interactieve TV Online. Met iTV Online kun je overal in en om het huis op de iPad of laptop live kijken naar 20 populaire tv-zenders en van andere interactieve diensten gebruik maken. Klanten hoeven niets extra’s te betalen voor deze faciliteit; iTV Online komt standaard beschikbaar voor alle huishoudens met Interactieve TV van KPN (416.000 per eind juni 2011). Thuis 20 populaire tv-zenders op iPad of laptop
Met iTV Online kun je live kijken naar om te beginnen 20 tv-zenders uit binnen- en buitenland. KPN verwacht dat er in de toekomst meer zenders in het pakket worden opgenomen.

DEN HAAG (AFN) - Na een zeer negatief verlopen 2010 heeft de bouw zich in de eerste helft van dit jaar enigszins hersteld. Gestimuleerd door het zachte winterweer steeg de bouwomzet met 6 procent. Dat blijkt uit vandaag gepubliceerde cijfers van het Centraal Bureau voor de Statistiek (CBS).Vorig jaar kromp de omzet nog met bijna 9 procent. De omzetgroei deed zich in alle sectoren van de bouw voor. De omzet van de bedrijven in de grond-, water- en wegenbouw steeg met 6,3 procent vergeleken met dezelfde periode in 2010.

Die laten soms "bewust" groet spread in het boekje komen. Waarom? Dan kunnen zij meer zelf verdienen. Zij moeten toch zoegen voor een ordentelijke handel!
Tresholds vliegen erin en eruit. Daarmee spelen de LP en Animateurs dan, een kwalijke zaak.

Economists had expected spending, which accounts for about 70 percent of U.S. economic activity, to rise 0.5 percent. Reuters) - AuRico Gold (AUQ.TO), a Mexico-focused gold miner in a drive to reposition itself, said on Monday it would buy Northgate Minerals (NGX.TO) in an all-stock deal worth C$1.46 billion ($1.5 billion).The acquisition is the latest in a string of deals involving Canadian gold miners as prices for the metal climb faster than even many of the most bullish forecasts.If approved, the deal would see AuRico's gold resource rise from 10.3 million gold equivalent ounces to almost 19 million. Annual production would increase to 470,000 ounces in 2011 from 280,000, and the combined output would be more than 730,000 ounces by 2013. AuRico, whose name is a combination of the letters "Au", the atomic symbol for gold, and "Rico", the Spanish word for rich, changed its name from Gammon Gold in May, a month after buying Capital Gold for C$420 million. That followed a drawn out battle for the company with smaller rival Timmins Gold (TMM.TO).
