Brussels, 20 April 2006 – In the first quarter of 2006, Mobistar saw its service revenues grow by 7%, thanks to renewal of its product range and an improved ARPU. As at 31 March 2006, Mobistar had 2,956,465 active mobile telephony customers, which is an increase of 4% on the 2,849,210 customers recorded a year ago. Mobistar was able to produce accelerated growth of its customer base in this first quarter thanks to new offers such as Tempo Music and Best Deal. ARPU1, which increased by 5% year-on-year, stood at EUR 38.60 per month per active customer at 31 March 2006. This favourable evolution is linked in with growth of the subscriber base, which has now exceeded 45% of the customer base.

Royal Dutch Shell plc,
(NYSE: RDS.A, NYSE: RDS.B) announces that on 20 April, 2006 it purchased for cancellation 500,000 "A" Shares at a price of 27.57 euros per share. It further announces that on the same date it purchased for cancellation 100,000 "A" Shares at a price of 1,907.18 pence per share.
Following the cancellation of these shares, the remaining number of "A" Shares of Royal Dutch Shell plc will be 3,884,300,000.

De nettowinst van Google steeg met 59 procent tot 592 miljoen dollar, ofwel 1,95 dollar per aandeel. De omzet groeide met 79 procent naar 2,25 miljard dollar, zo bleek uit de donderdag nabeurs gepubliceerde cijfers.

Getronics,
Bij automatiseerder Getronics zijn er geen verdere onregelmatigheden in de boeken, na malversaties in Italie die dit jaar aan het licht kwamen. "We hebben geen tweede Italie", zei bestuursvoorzitter Klaas Wagenaar donderdag tijdens de jaarvergadering voor aandeelhouders. En er zijn vier voorlopige biedingen ontvangen voor de overname van Getronics probleem dochter in Italië. Tien gegadigden hebben interesse getoond.
