Resources Inc., (TSX VENTURE:PLE), is pleased to report recent
exploration activities from the Bolsa del Diablo project located in
Northern Peru. Sampling of artisanal workings (veins and rock
selvages) has been implemented in the month of April in coordination
and in agreement with local artisanal miners.

All the samples included in this press release were taken from the
Angolos concession from mid April to mid May. A total of 31 samples
were taken. Results for assays above 1g/t are displayed in the tables
below. The samples are grouped according to their geographic
location (see appended maps for sample location).

The first batch is located in the Angolos Norte Zone. The Angolos
Norte Zone consists of a cluster of gold enriched vein and rock
samples. It is mostly located in the northern part of the Angolos
concession. At the present this zone is defined by samples scattered
over an area of 1000m by 500m. However, it is suspected from this
sampling that the anomalous area may increase in size.

More specifically, sample 1 was taken along the eastern edge of the
Angolos Norte Zone from a NE trending vein. Samples 2 and 3 are
interpreted to be taken from tensional veins located 40m south of a
first order structure, the Angolos Norte vein. Samples 4, 5, and 6
were taken from new artisanal tunnel developments extending over 6m.
Sample 7, 8, 9 were taken in the selvages of the same-number vein
sample. All these samples are located 250m north of the Angolos Norte
vein. Samples 10 and 11 are taken from the NE part of the Angolos
Norte zone along NE trending veins. Sample 11 is a composite sample
taken from material extracted from the vein (sample 10). Sample 12
was taken approximately 40m north of samples 4 to 9. Samples 13 to
15 were taken from an E-W trending vein extending over 30m of strike
length. Samples 16 to 18 represent samples taken from selvages for
same- number vein assay. Sample 19 was taken from a parallel vein
located 10m south of the previous one. Samples 20 to 22 were taken
from a NNE trending vein. Sample location is 160m east of the
previous veins. Sample 22 is a 1m channel sample taken from the
footwall of the same-number vein sample.

Samples 23 to 25 come from a small shaft and are spread over 12m of
depth. Sample 26 is probably located on the same NE vein, 65m to the
NE of the previous samples. Sample 27 is located 225m to the NNE of
the previous sample. It comes from an argilized stockwork. Sample 28
and 29 are located on strike with the previous vein samples, 225m to
the NE.

northwest of the principal vein where numerous miners are extracting
gold. The samples ending with CJ and RX are taken outside of the
veins. Talks with the artisan miners and local communities are
progressing well and the Company is eager to complete the
