Developer Dart Realty Expects Customer Benefits, Increased Revenues
GRAND CAYMAN, CAYMAN ISLANDS--(Marketwire - August 13, 2007) - Residents and businesses in Camana Bay, the Cayman Islands' largest real estate development, will soon benefit from the very latest high-speed, high-bandwidth communications services, thanks to a converged IP voice and data network from Nortel(1) (TSX: NT)(NYSE: NT).

Dart Realty, which is developing this 500-acre master-planned community, has selected a Nortel solution to provide IP telephony, unified communications, audio conferencing, contact centers and other multimedia services such as webcasting.

Camana Bay includes a downtown center, shops, business offices, neighborhoods, schools, beach access and entertainment. Ronco Communications, a Nortel channel partner, is providing network installation and services. A staged rollout is already underway with completion scheduled for August 2008.
