Guernsey, 30 December 2008 - Volta Finance Limited announces that at
the Company's reconvened second Annual General Meeting, held on 27
November 2008, resolutions 10 and 11 as set out in the Notice of the
Annual General Meeting were duly passed. These resolutions amended
the Memorandum and Articles of Incorporation of the Company to comply
with new legislation introduced in Guernsey and authorised the
Company to make market purchases of Ordinary shares in the Company. A
