Guernsey, 17 March 2009 - The Board of Directors of Volta Finance
Limited (the "Company") decided, at its last meeting, to pay a
dividend of €0.06 per share for the semi-annual period ended 31
January 2009, amounting to €1.8 million. This dividend will be paid
out of the Company's distributable reserves.

The Board of Directors believes that this dividend level for the
current period is consistent with the intention of the Company to pay
a dividend in relation to the net interest cash flows generated by
its assets over the period and to maintain sufficient cash within the
Company so as to seize investment opportunities as they arise in the
current market environment.

The Company's Semi-annual reports and accounts will be published
towards the end of March.
