. Accsys announces that Finlay Morrison has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with immediate effect.
. Paul Clegg, an existing director of the Company, has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 1 August 2009.
. Following this transition, and later in the year, Willy Paterson-Brown will assume the role of non executive Chairman.

Following recent announcements regarding increased capacity in Arnhem and related improved efficiencies in the production process, together with the advances made regarding the engineering design, the Company believes it is now ready to move ahead with the next stage of the development of the business. Management changes reflect this new focus.
