Repayment of loan facility
Further to the announcement made on 2 July 2009, the Board of Proventec plc (AIM:PROV, Alternext:ALPTC), confirms that it has repaid the short-term, 16% per annum unsecured loan for the provision of a total of £500,000 used to support the working capital requirements of the Company.

Following repayment the Company is pleased to announce that the loan provider has subscribed for a new loan note, under the same terms as the existing 8.5% fixed rate convertible guaranteed unsecured loan notes 2012 for £320,000.
