Dmail Group S.p.A., an Italian company listed on the Techstar sector of the Italian Stock Exchange and active in the sectors of media commerce and local publishing, and DOCdata N.V., a Dutch company listed on the Euronext in Amsterdam and specialised in the supply of logistic services to companies, have agreed to create a joint-venture, 60% owned by the Dmail Group and 40% by DOCdata, which will be called DMailStore B.V. and will have registered offices in The Netherlands. DMailStore B.V. will be financed on a pro rata basis by the two partners and initially have 100,000.00 Euros of issued Capital stock, without resorting to bank loans.

The new company will be dedicated to e-commerce sales of Dmail products on international markets.

As well as in Italy, Dmail also operates through dedicated business structures in Portugal, Switzerland and Romania. With this joint-venture Dmail products will be distributed in all European and international markets without the need to invest in dedicated distribution, sales structures in each country. The new joint-venture will manage all aspects of logistics, sales and marketing of the activity.

Moreover, DMailStore will supply, in outsourcing to Italian companies, the possibility to be present in Italy and internationally in the e-commerce business, helping them to avoid the major investments required by the sector.
