Endemol N.V. (‘Endemol’) a global leader in television and other audiovisual entertainment, today announced a continued strong performance in the first five months (January – May) of 2006, prior to its first Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, which will take place tomorrow, 7 June.

Joaquim Agut, CEO of Endemol: “Being now some months ahead in the year, I am happy to share with you that the results obtained YTD until end of May are well above last year’s and exceeding the 5-6% organic turnover growth. For the full year 2006, we remain confident, but we prefer to be conservative with a turnover guidance of at least 5-6 % organic growth. In addition, 2006 EBITDA margin levels are still expected to be within the 15-17% range.”

Endemol will publish its half year results on 26 July 2006, with more detailed financial information.
