Agents' fees: Paradigm Capital Inc. receives $408,248.18 and 381,568 non-transferable warrants, where each warrant is exercisable for one share at a price of $1.15 per share for an 18-month period. Stonecap Securities Inc. receives $116,642.34 and 109,019 non-transferable warrants, where each warrant is exercisable for one share at a price of $1.15 per share for an 18-month period. Scotia Capital Inc. receives $58,321.17 and 54,510 non-transferable warrants, where each warrant is exercisable for one share at a price of $1.15 per share for an 18-month period.
